Stuffed.

After all that eating, watching lousy football games, driving in holiday traffic, and hanging out with friends and family, I hope everyone has a great, safe and ...

Happy Thanksgiving

May it be a blessed time for you and yours, and remember to thank the LORD. It's a great time to catch up with people you care about. For those who are not able to spend time with loved ones, please know that people are thinking about you fondly.

Mom and dad had made a great spread for us. Yum! I was greatly surprised by a sweet potato pie gift from "C". It was awesome. Fortunately, I went to the gym this morning to burn those yet-to-happen holiday calories. Also, we celebrated my sister's birthday and her fiancee's birthdays. Friday is considered a holiday. I expect many leftovers to appear in the offices on Monday.

It was scheduled to snow in the DC area on Thanksgiving, but the snow held off or it melted away. Now, it's time to avoid the Christmas shopping madness.

Today's verse: Ezra 3:11 (New International Version)

With praise and thanksgiving they sang to the LORD:
"He is good;
his love to Israel endures forever."
And all the people gave a great shout of praise to the LORD, because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid.
