Rumors were flying in December.
It has been confirmed by this site and this one.
It appears that another book of the Narnia series by C.S. Lewis will be in movie production. "Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian" is predicted to be released sometime in 2007, and production starts 4th quarter (of this year?).
The four children return to Narnia in the far future to battle against an evil king and help a young prince Caspian to restore the nation. It is not certain if Andrew Adamson will be directing the next one. If so, who will be able to handle the reigns of director?
I hope that it does pass the production phase for movie release.
