In the last months, I have contemplated about the idea of slowing down my activities or resigning from the YA leadership at church. I've enjoyed the experience to teach, preach, and counsel the young, professional group members. I'm very thankful of the experience. God has stretched me while I have been in this position.
It's been about a year since I have joined the leadership team, and I feel frustrated about the lack of changes for this life group. I've talked to people (like the elders and co-leaders) at the church as well as others outside the local church body.
Is it my time to leave the group? I'm putting it up in God's hands and allowing Him to lead the way on this issue.
On another note, I was ready to post my movie review on Friday, but Blogger was screwy and the final version of the review was lost. Urrrgh. Annoyed, I was to say at the time. I'll send it out another version later this week.
Again, on another note, I'll post a few pics from the Philippines trip. I'm still editing rest of the images and I hope to post them on a travel blog this week (too).
I know, this is taking too long.
Recording and sharing my experiences onscreen. Writing about the Washington DC metro area, Christianity, current events, travel, the local church scene, and my life adventures...And, yes, any tales, observations, & opinions may be included.
