Sunny Charleston SC, eh?

I am currently in Charleston, South Carolina for a publishing conference, and I hope that the weather here gets alot warmer, very soon. It is approximately in the 40s, and I thought that I escaped from the DC wind chill temps. Charleston is famous for its great warm weather.

And, I was so looking forward to the warm weather here. Also, I am fighting against a warm tickle in my throat with plenty of juices and liquids. Family members caught a strange bug a couple days before I left for the great state of South Carolina.

On a similar note, I look forward to taking in some of that great *low country* cuisine.
