Gelukkige Vaderdag / Glad Fars Dag / Día del Padre Feliz

Howdy folks,

I hope you had a refreshing and jubilant Father's Day celebration! For those traveling during this weekend, the Traveler hopes that you and yours will return safely.

Even if our own fathers were not the ideal parents, be glad that we have an ever present Heavenly Father! Even for some Christians, it is very difficult to understand that concept to comprehend.

Our God wants to have a relationship with us. Get to know your Father. He wants you to know more about Him.

My relationship with my father has been restored. While growing up, I was a rebellious sort and my father based his parenting skills from the "old skool" rules. In the last 10 years, the territory taken from the locusts has been regained. Oh, I can tell you stories about the issues, but these actions were done in the past. Not necessary to hash them here.

It may not be perfect, but I'm so glad that he is an active part of my life. And, I wouldn't have it any other way. Oh so simple to say, but, oh so, true.

Thank you Lord!
